Asset reuse and recycling process
Monitex’s de-manufacturing
process is designed to minimize any exposure
to the environment due to the inappropriate
handling and disposal of a customer’s
non-functioning asset. In most cases
de-manufactured assets will produce
by-products that can be sold as raw
materials. Assets that do not meet rigorous
re-use specifications are de-manufactured
and the components separated into their
natural state to be utilized as raw
materials in a new manufacturing process.
Each component is sent to manufacturers and
raw component suppliers for proper use in
newly manufactured products or feed stock.
Receipt and processing of equipment
Our system provides a
complete supervised process of receiving,
separation, repair, staging,
de-manufacturing and shipping, as well as
re-marketing and re-use of all pieces and
components handled. Monitex provides secure
and flexible reporting to our customers on
all goods received. Upon receiving and
processing of your equipment we provide a
comprehensive Receipt of Equipment Report.
Re-Marketing and Re-Deployment
Proper evaluation and
processing is the key element of Monitex’s
Asset Disposition Program. All products are
reviewed to determine the maximum value of
used IT assets when they are determined that
they no longer meet the internal IT
standards the units are properly
de-manufactured and converted into their
component parts and reused. Reuse is a far
superior utilization of IT equipment than
many recycle processes that yield a product
that still has to be disposed of.
